We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of Daolyn, and limited technical information needed to keep the service reliable.

• Account and waitlist information, such as your email address, sign-in method, authentication events, and account preferences.
• Profile and reading inputs, such as birth date, birth time, birth location, selected calendar settings, questions, notes, and saved chart context.
• User content, such as messages, prompts, generated interpretations, reports, feedback, and support requests.
• Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, feature events, browser type, approximate region, IP address, device identifiers, logs, and error diagnostics.
• Communication information, such as email delivery events, support messages, and transactional notices.

We use information to operate Daolyn, personalize readings, protect accounts, improve the product, and communicate with you.

• To create and authenticate your account, keep sessions secure, and prevent abuse.
• To generate charts, AI-assisted readings, timing views, compatibility views, and related product experiences.
• To save your preferences, history, and reports when you choose to keep them in your account.
• To send verification emails, passwordless sign-in links, product notices, security alerts, and support replies.
• To understand aggregate product usage, detect broken flows, measure performance, and decide what to improve.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect Daolyn, users, and the public.

We use Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Google Analytics, PostHog, and large language model providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic to run infrastructure, email, analytics, and AI-assisted readings.

Daolyn uses AI systems to help produce interpretations and product responses. When you ask for an AI-assisted reading, your prompt, relevant chart context, selected profile details, and recent interaction context may be sent to one or more model providers.

Do not include information you do not want processed by AI systems. We design prompts to use the least information needed for the requested feature, but model providers may retain request metadata or content according to their own policies, product settings, and legal obligations.

Birth details, location, relationship context, personal questions, and spiritual or metaphysical preferences can feel sensitive even when they are not treated as special categories under every privacy law.

Please do not submit government identifiers, payment card numbers, health records, precise financial data, secrets, or information about another person unless you have permission and the information is necessary for the feature you are using.
